We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a full refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.
Layaways will not be held for more than 90 days from the inception date. Layaway deposits are 100% refundable for 30 days. A refunded credit to your Montgomery Cyclery account may be issued between 30 and 90 days. After 90 days, the layaway deposit is forfeited and bicycle/s is placed back into stock for sale.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt, in original packaging and in obviously new condition. No refunds will be allowed on sale, close-out, special order, discontinued, or used merchandise. When possible, refunds will be given in the same manner of original payment. Check refunds will be sent from the head office within ten days of the merchandise return.
You will be notified by telephone when your repaired item is ready for pick-up. All repaired items not picked up within 30 days from the completion date will be charged $2.00 a day for storage. All repaired items not picked up within 60 days from the completion date will be disposed of.
In the event that you want an item that is not currently stocked in one of our locations, we are happy to special order it for you. All special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. When your item(s) arrives, we will notify you by telephone. If you have any questions about special orders, please feel free to call your local store or email us at email@example.com.
If you find any of our products in the Greater Cincinnati area for less than our price, we will refund you
110% of the difference in prices.
